Unprofessional Security business

Paradigm Security Solutions in Robertson, Western Cape. Pathetic service. I don't prefer this security provider to anyone. I was employed by Paradigm Security Solutions as an Armed response officer in lockdown level 5. We work Armed response with no Firearms only a plastic cheapskate electric tazer and a paintball gun. I am a A grade Psira registered officer and they registered me as an C grade officer so that they could pay me less. They promised a good salary and a place to stay but upon starting they payed us below legal Psira rates and no place to stay. This company is truly unprofessional, control room is located in a small room with just a few equipment. There's absolutely no operational procedures when a crime is committed and suspects is let go if they stole from a non-client.

After getting sent to go break up a ******* gathering and attacked with a knife and company vehicle getting damaged the owner of this company threatens the armed response officer to pay for the damages as the company vehicles is actually personal vehicles. Truly pathetic

Guarding is even worse, they do Guarding for Robertson Winery but the guards are unqualified and don't receive the right training for the job. Also non is armed but only with torches with no batteries.
