Terrible, terrible support AND they completely removed my website when re-installing Wordpress

Paradigm Solutions is really terrible when it comes to their support. They claim to be on support 24/7, but they do not respond to emails or the Live Chat App after hours.

You are also unable to reach the person that assisted you via email on the telephone during the day.

I am a part-time web designer and only work on websites after hours, and this is really a major problem for me.

Also, one of their technicians had to re-install Wordpress on my current website because it wouldn’t update automatically and I was unable to manually update Wordpress (there was something apparently wrong with the root file), but instead he removed my content, deleted my database, and did a brand new Wordpress installation from scratch instead of updating the version that I was already working on....

I lost ALL my content after many hours of work!

What IT professional in his right mind would NOT backup the content of a website when doing a re-installation???

After numerous attempts to contact him to fix the problem and upload my existing content, he said there wasn’t any content to begin with (a complete lie) and then stopped responding to my emails. No other technician picked up the support ticket either.

I called the support line (again) and the guy on the other side said he’d escalate my query to another admin and that they will respond on my emails soon, but nothing came from that.

Even though I couldn’t find my MySQL database anymore, I was still able to source the FTP content files, which I requested they please upload to the website.

Again, after two more emails, nothing happened. I tried calling the support line again, but it just kept ringing and ringing.

Clearly they do not really provide 24/7 support and are really pathetic when it comes to properly assist their clients.

I have requested my client to rather transfer to another hosting company.
