Terrible and unprofessional service

I have been waiting from this morning for an agent from paradigm solutions to respond but unfortunately it seems as if this company does not know the meaning of customer care/service. My company emails has been down since this morning and paradigm does not care to respond. This terrible service is now causing me to lose business.
