PARADIGM SOLUTIONS....WHAT A SHOCKER!

Paradigm Solutions have been officially 'missing' for over two weeks. Despite efforts to rescue my domain and transfer it to a decent ISP, I cannot locate them and is the new ISP unable to take over my domain without PS releasing it from their server. THIS IS CRAZY! They've literally ****** my business domain name and mailbox and is there no way to transfer my business to a new ISP. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT RECOURSE I HAVE IN A CASE LIKE THIS? They are completely un-reachable as all their lines and emails have been disconnected.....
