PARADIGM SOLUTIONS GONE AWOL

I have tried for FIVE DAYS using different contact channels - emails, telephone, Facebook - to report that my server is down and emails are not being delivered or sent....for FIVE DAYS now. Their phone line 'doesn't exist' and all the emails to sales, accounts and support return undeliverable. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH PARADIGM SOLUTIONS? Does anyone know if this business still exists?
