PARADIGM SOLUTIONS - are you still in business?

It seems that Paradigm Solutions has closed down without informing their clients and allowing us to transfer our websites to other servers. This is disappointing as I have been with them for well over 10 years and have always enjoyed good support - that is until today when everything was down. Interestingly we had emails over the last few days demanding payment despite having already paid. I do hope that this is only a glitch and that we are able to find a way to recover our websites - some of which we design on behalf of clients.

Has anyone heard from the company at all?
