Paradigm is down

I had to contact the ZARC (https://registry.net.za/contact.php) to request a manual update on my domain so that I could transfer the domain to a new ISP. The data is lost as far as I can see as nobody can contact Paradigm to get a backup of it. In the response on the ticket, ZARC mentioned that Paradigm is down and that they have have received several requests already to manually update domains
