Do not use this service provider!!!

If you check through these reviews you will see that they regularly appear to have service failures. Last week Wednesday 18 August their servers went down purportedly to a non-toxic gas leak at Hertzner their server host. It is now Monday 22 August and despite trying to phone, email, chat online and even posting on their Facebook page they are reluctant to answer any communications or give updates. Quite seriously, as soon as my emails are restored I will be moving to another service provider. I cannot understand that they do not have back up systems that can instantly go online in the event of such failures. That is, if I believe there is a failure. They posted on Facebook yesterday that the drives had been rebuilt and that they had sent me new access codes for my CPanel to my gmail address (what would have happened if I didn't have another email address?) .. but this morning there is no email in my inbox. So yet another lie
