Terrible service Papapronto Witkoppen - 04_06_23

I went to Papapronto with the intention of getting a Long Island and a meal. I was served an incorrect drink and their excuse was that the waiter that served me is a trainee. I am a paying customer. I was interrogated by 4 people at this restaurant explaining that if I want a normal Long Island I would need to pay extra. This was not communicated initially. This led to a very terrible experience at Papapronto. I literally wasted my money. I could have gone to a drive through of this is the service I expected!!!! Terrible!
