BIG SHOUT OUT

I ordered a delivery to be done around 6pm on Friday 02 July 2021 from Papa Pronto, Witkoppen. Around 6:20 pm, I called to check up on my delivery. Kyle, the manager, called back to say that my order has left the kitchen and should be delivered within the next 5 minutes as I stay not more than 2km away from them. I called around 7pm again and Kyle was not pleased to hear that I am still waiting for my delivery. Apparently their driver got horribly lost. He then promised to redo my order fresh and have it delivered ASAP. Matthew, the kitchen manager finally delivered my long awaited order, at NO CHARGE. In these horrible lockdown times we are facing, I want to give both Kyle and Matthew a BIG SHOUT OUT for coming to our rescue with our dinner tonight. You both are stars. Thank you and keeep up the excellent work and tasty meals.
