Panorama Vet cuts out 5 healthy teeth

Today I am extremely sad and very upset! We took our mini dachsie Faantjie to have his teeth cleaned under general anaesthetic at Panorama vet. <br> They phone me AFTER the procedure to say they extracted 5 of his teeth, including ALL 4 his canines!!!! They NEVER asked for permission!!! <br> We then ask to see the teeth and not one of them were rotten!!! When we asked why they did it they said he had a gum infection! Who extracts teeth for a gum infection?! Surely we could have tried to treat the infection with antibiotics first!<br> Oh and by the way the bill is now R2500 while the quote was R1250! <br> Our baby is traumatised, in a LOT of pain and unnecessarily deformed forever! And he is only 8 years old! How will he even eat for the rest of his life? :(
