Not a place that cares for your loved pet or shows compassion.

Most awful experience with this vet! From the moment I walked in with my sick miniature Dachshund, no compassion whatsoever was shown by the GP vet, Malan. Her main concern was to get me to sign the form agreeing to the costs and to indemnify the clinic. She didn't touch my dog, never spoke to her and hardy acknowledged her presence. vets. My darling Cleo had to be admitted due to her illness and when I asked as to when I could come and visit her I was told I would not be able to on account of COVID-19. This was during level 2 lockdown and during the beginning of December. Only after remonstrating with them did they permit me to visit my Cleo. At no stage during her stay was any compassion shown toward her. On the day she was due to be discharged I received a call saying Cleo had passed away. If you know what is good for you, stay away from this place that clearly has no compassion for their patients. My greatest regret is ever putting my foot in their door and entrusting Cleo to what I believed would be compassionate and caring care. They failed dismally to deliver on this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
