Samsung horrible sevice

I spoke to KG the so called Manager at PANDODOX Lynwood pretoria that said upon me paying the call out fee they will send a Technician within 3days. I made immediate payment on Monday. Tues wed thursday Still nothing. She didnt even bother to call me back as per my emailed request. Iodged a request for assistance with Samsung on 10 March.. we r now in April. Horrific Service
