Zero balance on loyalty point as per restaurant system while my app is telling me I have 1 voucher expiring oj 12 /12/2024 for R68

Today was my second visit @panarottis Brits mall to my disappointment when am about to pay & redeem my voucher I found out I have Zero balance so unfortunately my cellphone was off the waiter who was very patient with me tired to explain, apologize and requested me to call client care it was already after hours I just regretted same time being there Even the piddza enjoyment disappear immediately how come on app I have a voucher But in-store I have Zero balance aren't store systems link and provide the same customer details im so disappointed how I was so happy with the restaurant service everything Just vanished this afternoon.loyalt point number ***
