Bad Service. My Family & I visited the Newmarket Panarottis Pizza Pasta in Alberton, Gauteng for my Birthday. Numerous times I informed that we had a choice to visit other restaurants but decided to visit Newmarket Panarottis Pizza due to receiving Hot Pasta & ice with a Carol Birthday Song being sang after our meal but never happened. Bought pizza but got bread instead
Last night I thought let me try panarottis pizza for a change. Bought two pizzas for R180 . I was shocked to discover the ******* when I open the pizza box . There was literally no chicken like nothing on the.pizza just bread . Certainly my last time I will ever buy from panarottis .

A waiter named Promise Radebe gave us a good customer service at Clearwater mall Panarrotis. I love her she was so gentle and did not hate keep the vouchers and what the apps come with. I’d suggest people to go to her everytime they go there

Bad Service
Yesterday I ordered food at Panarottis Springs Mall at 14:00. 15 minutes later I went back to the app to check my order only to find out that it is showing Pending. I then called the restaurant and I was told that they can’t pick up my order I need to call their call centre. I only received my order at 15:30.

Bad customer experience
I visited the restaurant with my children to redeem two of their official Panarottis kids' birthday vouchers. Upon arrival, I was abruptly denied the right to redeem the vouchers. The individual handling the situation displayed an extremely hostile attitude and refused to honor them.

Bad Customer Service
The panarottis pizza and pasta store at The Box CBD Cape Town 9 Lower Berg street. The service is so bad, the store manager served us. She is not welcoming, we had to figure out what's what and when she finally served she was the one making the food with her hair running across her face and with no care in the world when I asked she said she could make another one. She has zero customer service and has bad attitude for a store manager. I feel so ill-treated 😪 at the end I had to cancel, that lady is treating that store like her tuck shop.

Absolutely disgusted with Panarottis Maponya Mall – WORST service I have ever experienced.
My party and I sat for over an hour without a single staff member acknowledging us, let alone attending to our table. We were left holding menus, visibly confused, while a table seated AFTER us was greeted, served, and attended to without delay. To make matters worse, the managers on duty simply stared at us blankly, as if we were invisible or somehow the problem, with zero urgency to correct the situation or even apologize. Not one staff member came to explain the delay or check if we’d been helped. The level of incompetence and outright disregard for paying customers was staggering. Panarottis Maponya Mall needs to seriously retrain its staff and management on how to treat customers, because right now it is failing completely.
