WORST WAFFLES EVER

We have been to Panarottis on North BEACH Durban and went to have some waffles these were horrible way too thick and tasteless and when I complained to our waitress Susan she actually made no attempt to rectify the situation my bill was R315. 20 including her tip but I feel it was money wasted. I feel that this is totally unacceptable as times are tough yet we as a family wanted to go and enjoy something sweet. Never again. I do hope that I would get a response from you PANAROTTIS NORTH BEACH I also that I all fairness as none of us finished or even ate our waffles halfway (I literally had 2 cuts from mine) I either need to be reimbursed for the awful experience.
