Worst service you could ever get

So I waited 15 minutes to receive a table from no one in the que and for the wait or to just look at you and walk past you with a arrogant attitude on her face, we won't begin to talk about the manager, I have been here about three times this is my forth and last, I seated myself, as the wait or walked on the kitchen staff told her but there's a customer, yet she just walked on, I honestly font think I have experienced such bad service anywhere, the kitchen staff member then came to take my order, and although my meal was small, she done it with a smile, she gave my food in ten minutes and honestly I really salute that kitchen staff member, during the whole period I was there, no one checked on me, no one removed my plates, no one asked if I needed anything else, I literally had to walk to the back of the kitchen to ask someone for a glass of water, upon leaving the waitress just through my bill there, I gave her the money and sarcastically she asked the manager if she had change, the manager looked at me and gave me a pathetic look and it was as if she wanted me to fetch the change myself as the waitress didn't show abit of energy to fetch it, no one greeted or apologised and honestly I didn't tip anyone, the best tip I can give Paarl mall panarotties is that you guys really need to improve on service coz its pathetic!!!!!! Please do not waist tour time going to this restaurant.!!!!
