Worst Service / Quality Ever
<p> </p> <p>My wife, daughter and I visited the Panarottis store yesterday for dinner but wished we never did. Upon arrival we were greated by Angela our waitress, we ordered the Eat as Much as you like special. After getting our drinks the first plate of pizza arrived. </p> <p> </p> <p>First slice of pizza ice cold. After 10 minutes another slice arrived, same pizza thou. Still cold. Not keeping my plate full. </p> <p> </p> <p>After spending 40minutes in the store i only had 3 slices, what a *******. Offcourse you will be full when one slice of pizza will make a turn at your table every now and then and to top it its ice cold. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not visit the store again. To spend over R300 at the store and not getting value I will rather go to Romans where value is priority. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Roan </p>

Thank you for sharing your disappointing “Eat as much as you like” experience with us. We are concerned that the pizza you received was ice cold and that there was no variety to the pizzas on offer. The idea of this promotion is to not only “eat as much as you like” but also give our customers the opportunity to taste pizzas they might not ordinarily order thus giving them the chance to taste other pizzas without having to order an entire pizzas that the might not enjoy.
