Worst Service - left hungry

We went to Panarottis at Baywest Mall in PE this past Sunday 29 May 2022. First we waited more than 10 minutes after being seated just to get the attention of a waitress to order drinks. After ordering drinks we waited another 15mins just to get them, whilst the waitresses were arguing at the drinks counter in the restaurant I stood up and asked if we may please have our drinks. We then ordered food, waiting nearly 45mins (as we ordered 2 Family Size GLUTEN FREE pizzas) , only for the waitress to come and tell us the food is coming but she forgot to say they cannot make these big pizzas GLUTEN FREE (note they were out of the oven already). As I myself and my son are Gluten Intolerant we would not be able to eat the food. My husband immediately asked for our bill and we paid for the drinks and left hungry as this was lunch time. The one lady asked us to complete a complaints book.... how will this help??? We were very disappointed as we have limited options when dining due to our Gluten Intolerance. The service was horrible and manager just strolled around in the restaurant.
