Worst service ever!!!

<p>Today on the 27th of October 2016 l went to ilanga Mall to enjoy myself with my sister in-law,niece and myself was informed that on Thursdays there is a bottomless pizza. We both then decided to order the meal on special.The waiter came and gave us cultery and the sauce tray but after asking twice for the warm water to wash my hands before l start eating and the first slice of pizza was served and then followed by the second slice. But after that we had to wait for almost 45 minutes to receive another slice of pizza, irritated and hungry l then asked the waiter what was causing the delay and he told me that there is a huge volume of orders received from outside
