Worst service and customer care Panarottis Century City

Terrible terrible service, ordered pizza, was told 25 minutes, 1 hour later and the pizzas is ice cold and looks like its been shuffled, no one is knowing whats going on in the restaurant, the staff is not friendly at all. Panarottis Century City, get your stuff together, no wonder there is like 2 tables and all other restaurants are fully packed
