Worst pizza experience

Panarottis gateway is the worst restaurant, I would not recommend anybody to go there. Waited approximately 15 minutes just to enter restaurant as there were no tables. We then got a table and placed order and had to wait 40 minutes to get served with a cold pizza and warm refreshments.. Manager and staff have poor customer service, pizza wasn't even worth the wait.. Sad to say but I don't know how this restaurant is still operational as there is no even restroom to wash hands or clean up
