Worst experience ever

Fourways panarottis had the worst experience ever from the entrance we were judge by color, we had to sit our selves till we got attended, from there we got menus and waited 20mins to get drinks we had to complain to actually get our drinks and an hour for food. The food was horrible, no cutlery we had to ask for everything. This was the worst experience ever and my first time complaining. 0/10 to think it wasn't even full and they had plenty of staff... It takes another 20mins to get a ***** bad and our bill. I'm really not happy what a waste of money!!! Then yet again we denied the business email address
