Worst customer service

Worst customer service from ballito Pana rottis Panarottis manager named Tracy and waitor senzo are not helpful and have attitude when I was being served This incident I wish the panarottis owner she know the waitor senzo took my order it 3 break fast pizza and 5 breakfast anywhere he give me my order I requested more the condiments:chillies and garlic ,cheese he brought me very little then I told my Friend go and ask him for another condiments he kept on saying know I can't can't give you .you exceeded your amount then I went to the manager Tracy I told her the story I want the condiments she immediately with an attitude told no I will not giving you because of some policy given that I ordered three pizzas .immediately told my family I am walking out because we order 3 pizza I only get one condiments the condiments they giving us is so little we ate our pizzasand breakfast and the paid bill no tip The manager Tracy didn't help us she is listening more to senzo who is the manipulator and these people I had a problem in the past we they refuse do give us a good service at panarottis I always belief customer come first not staff or manager,Managers and staff supposed to treat the customer with great service and have a good time but not in panarottis ballito PLEASE SORT YOUR STAFF AND YOUR MANAGER THEY ACT NICES TO OTHER PEOPLE BUT NOT TO US AND I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER WHO COMES ALMOST EVERYDAY BUT NO MORE.
