Worst Customer Experience

Such a horrible service we received at Panarottis Gold Reef City today at 7pm. We sat there for about an hour watching Whites and Indians being prioritised over us. Didn’t even receive a menu in the one hour we were there. We were really excited about going there as we have a 3 year old who enjoys the play area. It’s a pity we won’t be returning there again and it completely ruined our experience of Gold Reef City
