Where have my points gone?

<p>I have been to panarottis a quite a few times last year and ive just realised after seeing my points statement that they were never loaded. Unfortunately i dont have proof of that now...</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the last weekend i was there again, and i reminded the waitress to load my points, the points were loaded but less that was supposed to be. I feel if panarottis is going to have a customer points "club" then they should honour it</p>
