What a bad taste I now have

so i decided to treat Hubby.We have never had Panarotis before. There was no one to greet us at the door. Then a waiter arrived and took us to out table gave the menus and left. a while later she returns. our oder 2g**** tisers red and two bacon cheese and garlic subs. so after 20mins our order arrives and it is WRONG NO BACON.i asked our waiter We ordered the one with bacon her reaction o okay. i was just like leave it its fine! we waited almost 5 mins for them to collect the plates and when the bill came I did not give her a tip and was not inpressed with her attitude! we stayed polite during the whole time. managers walked right pass our table but could not be bothered! such a pitty as the restuarant had a great vibe,but with that bad service they will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. <br>
