Water contaminated

We have been going to Panarottis at Mimosa Mall at least once per week for about two years. About 2/3 weeks ago, we were informed that they will no longer be serving tap water due to the fact that the water is contaminated. This was on a Sunday. On Monday night we were at Spur which is just a few meters from Panarottis. Spur was able to serve us water. On Tuesday at Panarottis, once again we were told the water is not suitable for human consumption. The following week we had a similar experience. This week on Monday 15 February, John Dory's could give us water (which is directly opposite Panarottis) and on Tuesday 16 February Panarottis refused, with the same excuse: water is contaminated. So:
1. The entire mall uses the same water, so why is Panarottis the only place with \contaminated water\"?
2. IF the water is contaminated, surely they should be closed down due to health reasons? I assume they use the water to wash eating utensils and the wash their hands before they handle the food? Possibly water is even added to certain meals they prepare?
3. If the water is not contaminated, why are the staff being forced to lie to customers?
This is absolutely unacceptable. "
