Very slow service

Me and my family decided to eat out at Panarottis at Secunda mall. We arrived at 10:30 placed our order and my pizza came at 11:05 (which is normal) the waiter says the rest are coming. 11:19 my kids pizza arrives. But my wife's order (which is an avo salad) is still coming they are busy with her food. 11:40 my wife can actually start eating.<br> <br> so at 12:15 we decided its time to go. the waiter said we can get the lucky packets at the door when we pay. surprise is we pay. and we asked about the lucky packets. we waited 10 min (no queue at the door) and still no lucky packets and the other waiters does not no what is going on.<br> <br> BAD service. The branch need to pick up. it was not even that busy.
