Very oily and no chicken in chicken alfredo

Ordered chicken alfredo for a one year old, it was very oily and had no chicken. I told the guy it normally has chicken and mushroom instead we argued for mins. Wasted both my time and airtime, he told me the chicken alfredo has bacon, chicken and mushroom. I told him clearly they have been giving me wrong orders cause I always got chicken and mushroom only. Theres too much oil and the mushroom is fried( dont know how they usually do it but it comes out nicely with a blackish colour) I went up the guy also raised his tone, I asked him since when is he the manager. I dont know how many times u have had new managers but I still think things were way better with thando.
