Very disappointed

We went to Baywest's Pannarottis on Sunday, the 14th of March 2021 @ 18:30pm walking through open doors, but all the staff sitting at the tables telling us that they are closed. So I asked them what time they closed to which they rep**** 19h00. So they closed half an hour before the actual closing time. We wanted to have our family dinner there, but won't support them ever again. I understand that everyone wants to go home, but being in the food & beverage industry, you have to know that it's a fickle industry and that you can't just close when u want to go home. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.
