Very bad service ice cold food and cold coffee

Order number 1 and order 2. The invoice number are ***9 and ***0

Today I was at panarotttis potchefstroom. I went to buy 4 breakfast meals and 2 coffee the gentleman' that help me was was very rude and arrogant. So I order the breakfast and I ask them it they can give me coffee with hot milk. So the guy number was Edgar(16). So the other waitor brought the breakfast that was cold and the coffee that was cold so I put my finger in the coffee to show the waitor that the coffee was cold and he responds to us was not the one that placed the order he just bring it to us and he was very arrogant and rude not to even apologize and fix the matter or offer a solution .and then we complain at the manager cause I always go eat at mugg and bean my colleagues said go eat there the breakfast is amazing but when I got there is was not so amazing.the food was cold the coffee was ice cold my finger was even in the coffee I was I was defeated of the cold. I don't have a microwave at my work place.so now I have to eat cold breakfast.This experience has put me off Panarottis for life 🤮
