Very bad service

First of all, I Want to say I'm very disappointed with the service I receive, they always give me best service.i went there last nite and I ordered and had to wait for more than 4 minutes, I then went to ask how long I'm I going to wait. And guess what no one answered me, there was a lady and the gentlemen at the counter they were just standing talking after my question they just left without answering me. I waited at the counter for about 5minutes until the the lady at the counter ask if I get helped. She went there and collect my pizza, all I can say is thanks to that lady, because if it wasn't because of her I couldn't have been helped. I think you guys can do better than that, stop treating people as if you are doing us a favour by helping. Actually we are doing them a favour by buying from you guys, if it's not because of us, you couldn't have a job.<br>
