very bad service

My fianc?e and I entered the store at 16:59 we were greeted by a friendly hostess. She showed us to our place and said a waiter would be with us shortly. Since I had proposed last night to my now fianc?e we were discussing wedding plans. 21 minutes had passed and we noticed that no one had come to take our order. I then noticed that the people that came in after us had been attended to. My fianc?e then said she's really hungry why are the waiters walking past us. I then spoke to Thomas the manager on duty. I asked him what is the turn around time for a customers order to be taken upon being seated, He then rep**** around 3 minutes, I then explained to him what happened and he offered to take our order personally. By then I was already fed up with he lack of service and we left. I begged my fianc?e to go to panarottis initially cause I love the rib and chicken pizza. I've eaten there many times. But today I was very upset with the lack of service.
