VERY bad service!

We waited 50 MINUTES for a pizza an a pasta. Eventually we located our waiter. He couldn't tell us when food would be ready. So he disappeared yet again. We found the manager who then **** and said they were behind with the pasta YET they were serving pasta and pizza to people around us who came in 30 minutes after us!!!!! Then he said the pizza had gone dry so they were making a new one. BULLS###! We got up and left. The manager then came and said that we didn't have to pay for the beer and the Coke. As if that makes your stomach full and could compensate for terrible service. The people who came in after us were all served, so don't come with the story that you were busy. STEERS however had our food ready with in 10 minutes. Maybe you should send the waiter and the manager there for lessons. It is unacceptable. You will NOT see me or my family in any of your restaurants again.
