Very bad experience

I'm so disappointed with panarotis pizza mall carnival I ordered a pizza at around 18hour when I get there around 19h00 they told me it will be ready in 30minutes.20h30 when I went there it was still not prepared the manager arguing with me I told him this is very bad service he was waiting on the door arguing with me and tell me to wait as the pizza was been prepared.like really must I wait for the pizza for2and half hour.and he never bother to apologize That's very very bad service
