Very BAD experience

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>We went out with friends last night, 26 March 2017, to Panarottis' Cresta.</p> <p>As we were late for dinner due to traffic issues we decided to order our pizza for take away.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband and I ordered a DUO pizza and drinks for each of us.</p> <p>We waited more than 35 minutes for our "take-away" DUO pizza.</p> <p>We received our bill together with our friends bill, and shortly after that our take-away pizza arrive in two standard pizza boxes.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we looked at the slip she charge us R92+ per pizza, per standard price.</p> <p>The waitress was standing at our table while our friends were paying and we told her but hang on our bill is wrong we ordered a DUO pizza and not 2 x standard pizzas. She only looked at us and said sorry.</p> <p> </p> <p>We ended up paying for the 2 x standard pizzas as we did not want to cause more of a scene.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly respond and resolve this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p>
