Utterly Poor

So I call the branch placed my order Went to collect. Took your 3pizza deal for r209.90. All happy till I get to shop... I stand by the cashier she looked to be on phone she drops it I give my name and she I was just calling... Even better.... I think this is great

So I take out R250. And I want to pay for my r209.90 pizza... The reply firm your cashier Londiwe... Do u want your change... So I ask what do u mean... She says I always ask the clients if they want their change.... MY response is... Do u expect me to tip u r40 change on a call and collect service... I asked for the manager.. After waiting almost 4 min for this to happen... Out he comes poor man did not know what hit him... Anele... All he is saying is sorry so closer comes Razo and I repeat everything.. No al 3 is trying to appoligise... I told them straight I will not leave this here. Anele even tried to calm me down while walking to the parking lot..

How is it an cashiers duties to ask a paying client for collection if I want my change... When dit it become Compalsery for me to leave an almost 20%tip for an collection. . Cashier seems to get away with by asking all the clients if they want change.. Is the issue.. Staff? Or Management...
