Utterly disappointed

I visited Panarottis in Baywest mall last night and was utterly disappointed.<br> To start, there was no one up front, the people by the front desk, we so busy on their laptops to notice us, I had to go and ask if we can seat ourselves or how does it work. I was told find a table and someone will help us. So we did, we looked at almost all the table for a clean one, couldn't find one so we just sat at a dirty one and waited. 10 minutes later we had yet to see ANY servers on the floor, we finally managed to track someone down as asked for menu's. Ordered drinks, got them, then ordered mains. We ordered one pizza. I mention the one pizza for a good reason. 40 minutes later, we still waiting, we hadn't seen our waitress since she took our order, our drinks finished and no food. Again I had to go hunt for some service and asked how long for our food still. 7 minutes later our waitress appeared and said sorry for the wait. By this point we had enough and asked for the bill and food to go. She actually sounded surprised we weren't happy with the service or lack there of and still expected a top!! We paid, got our pizza, uncooked. the cheese was still in strands.<br> How is this acceptable?
