Useless service

I ordered food from Pavarotti s in the grove mall through the Mr D app. Next thing after 40min the restaurant calls me to say the delivery man has left and to surprise the guy takes 40min to get to my place. (I stay 5min away). Well, to say the least, I discover the food is missing, I want my refund back today! I don't give a ****. I even sent the delivery guy back. If you cannot give a good service, rather not offer it at all, especially for paying customers!!!
