Upset

We had a booking at panarottis for a birthday party on Saturday. I am utterly disgusted at the attitude and arrogance of one of your managers (Lucky)-clean shaven with a goaty. During the party I approached him a few times to inform him that we need a waiter over to take down our orders, he blatantly ignored and spoke with the other colleagues, I then asked that there be someone on duty in the kiddies play area he didn't even look and said there is someone there when there wasn't. Then during the candle lighting and singing he told my guests that was in the booked area to move away from the booth right where the party was as he has customers to seat with such arrogance. I had more than 20 guests there, they all stopped the event to turn and look at what's going on. And he just walked on. I can tell you that I am extremely upset that someone with such a lack of people skill had to be on duty while we were hosting at a place that we thought would be a good idea. I have no complaints about the other manager but this guy was the negative highlight
