Unhygienic and Smelly Bathrooms

Good-Day,

We love coming to your Claremont branch. Always good service and my daughter loves your attendants. I do however have a huge problem with your very unhygienic bathroom, which is always dirty and smelly. Makes me sick to my stomach. I use to think it's could possibly be a busy day, but no matter if it's busy or quiet the bathroom and floors are always dirty, untidy and smelly. Please can you ensure that the bathrooms are cleaned and fresh at all times...would hate for it to become a hindrance for not wanting to enjoy our time spent at your branch.
