Unbelievable experience

Normally my reviews only contains the positive points of dining or that of a pleasant nature, however this is now the 2nd time we have been to Panarottis Vaal Mall, and its absolutely horrible to say the least, second time with the same problem of waiting for ever for your food just to see 3 tables that arrived after you receive there meals before you, the drinks was an average of 20min, then the coffee milkshake made with ricoffee was not even mixed properly so every time you took a sip you had the nasty supprise of coffee granules in your mouth, as for the food i cannot comment on as after a 45 to 50 min waiting period for lunch we decided to pay for our drinks and get lunch elsewhere, for a place that specializes in pizza and pasta, 45 to 50 min for 2 pizzas is absolutely atrocious, i managed to flagg down one of the servers to call the manager for me so i could bring this to his attention, poor thing dosent even know his table numbers and ended up at the table next to us appologise for the delay and walked off saying he will go look at what is keeping there food up for so long, never mind they just arrived 15min ago, like i said this is now the 2nd time we have experienced this problem at this outlet, its just so super easy to lose customers through bad service and not knowing whats happening in your business, good service hardly ever sees a review page, but trust me bad reviews tend to spread like wild fire, and this is not my intention with this review, but somebody from head office kr the owner of the branch needs to realise you are creating a bad taste in the mouths of the locals with service and management of this statue, word of mouth is a powerful promotional product and after this happening again i sadly do not foreseen the best refrance coming from me about your business or food, Gracious Regards Barend Haupt ***
