Turning customers away

<p>About 3 weeks my husband and I were at Panarottis at Liberty Midlands Mall and we were in a hurry so ordered a take away pizza, while waiting one of our appointments got cancelled so we asked if we could rather be seated and order beverages and also change our order to the daily special which was buy 1 get 1 free. The manager on duty said no we could not change our order to the special as we had already ordered and paid. He was not at all willing to accommodate us. We would have still eaten the pizza we ordered but just requested it to be billed as the daily special. He was adamant and also very rude and not at all helpful. Sadly we will not be returning to this store and all my friends and family are now aware of this and they too are disgusted. I love Panarottis pizza, it's my favourite but I will rather find another branch with better management that are willing to accommodate customers needs.</p>
