Top Managers who know customer service

<p>This past Sunday I bought tickets to the movies. We hadn't eaten supper so went to Panarotti's Clearwater to order. We informed the waiter that we had 45 mins and needed our food before then as we booked a movie. Half an hour went and no food. We complained as it didn't look like we were going to get our food in spite of our request. The manager Sebastien, made sure we had a couple of slices takeaway and offered the kids cooldrink, so we could go to the movies and come back to eat after. He also apologies because we were regulars. We just took one small soda as we already bought our movie refreshments. When we returned Mandla the other manager, assisted to make sure we received our order timeously. Sebastian should be commended for great customer service and turning around a poor expereince into a positive. Highly impressed.</p>
