Toddler burn his feet on playing equipment

Good day, never ever will I visit Panarottis in Jean Crossing again or tell any of my friends with kids to take them there. On Saturday morning around 11h40, we (me and my mom) took my 2 kids to 'lunch'. While sitting next to the children's play area watching the kids play we suddenly heard my son (20 months old) scream. I ran outside to him he was in such a state I just picked him up and ran to the bathroom because I realized that his feet has burned. After putting his feet in cold water he did not calm down at all. So mom (who is a nurse) ran with him to Dischem which is close to Panarottis. They immediately helped her to put on some burn shields etc....NOW I know children play on their own risk etc. After I requested my bill and everything to be put into a take away the lady from the play area comes to me and ask if the boy is ok. I said no and I'm on my way to Dischem to see if all is ok. She then when I was paying my bill at the counter in front told the manager on duty what happened. This was his reply: NOT MY PROBLEM...I know it's not his problem but at least change your attitude against customers with a problem. OR take all your playing equipment out of the sun at least.
