The worste and pathetic service ever

Walked in at panarottis restaurant with my partner and kids looking forward for her birthday.around 18h30 last night.the were waiters at the door,when I approached some walked away,some just stood there on their phones.we walked in stood like we were lost.no one greeted us.we managed to walk our selves to a table.we set waiters just passed us.tried to get their attention,with no luck.the were no managers presence on the floor.wanted to leave but our baby wanted to play.and the was no electricity at the mall.i ordered bottle of wine.which my partner was longer interested in.no one introduced them selves.the table was dirty.we had 4 waiters in a space of 2 minutes.after waiting for 20 minutes without help.thats when I asked for the manager dell.i ordered snails for starter.when they came the cheese was still cold.the waiter took them back.when she brought them to the table 1 snail was missing she said some waiters snacked on it.since I had lost hope I said it's fine,but in my mind was in shock.dell didn't come to check us again...he promised to phone me today,but he didn't.my boy fell in the play area came screaming.with blood on his mouth.no manager bordered to come and ask what was wrong.my patner ddnt eat anything,,I also ddnt eat main.fearing the worse.thanks panarottis for ruining my partner's birthday.
