The service sucks here

This has to be the worse experience I have ever had in my entire life whereby the staff just sit back and watch rugby and having to wait for 50 minutes for my to be served, then the manager has no valid reason for this either than "I just got here" on top of the waiter that had no clue what she was doing, forgetting to even bring our straws,we had to remind her. Apon arrival of the food to only discover the steak I had which was supposed to be well done was under cooked, as the manager walked past and requested his assistance he walked past ignoring my call.
