The disgrace of a Service I got from Panarottis pizza Pasta in Clearwater

I walked into the panarottis pizza pasta restaurant in clearwater and I was served by a guy named Khwezi who was not clean and presentable..he started by not sanitizing the table that my partner and I were sitting at and I avoided it thinking that he'd do that shortly...

Then a family of 4 came and sat next to us and their table was sanitized, we placed our order and waited patiently, a few moments later the family across also placed their order, 5-10 minutes they received their food...we waited about 20-25 minutes for the food then when the waiter "Khwezi served the food he had his thumb inside my plate with dirty hands, I was given dirty cutlery to eat with, I humbly request another set and they gave me, I ask the Khwezi if his not gonna offer me the salt, tobasco and tomato sauce and he gave me the salt & he said he'd bring the rest.

I requested for the manager then Thuli came and I explained what happened and she gave me a book told me to write down what my complaint was whilst we eating so I had to stop what I was doing and write as if thats convenient,

Another white couple come in and their table was sanitized, they got seated, I then asked the manager "Thuli" that she should ask the waiter "Khwezi" if he sanitized our table, she went and When she came back she arrogantly said no with no apology.

I asked for my bill because I couldnt handle being there anymore ,she said I can't pay for the food. She fetched the general manager Patricia who denied me to leave because I refused to write my incident on the book and I said I'd revert to hellopeter...

It's not the first time I've came to the restaurant and received a bad service but I thought maybe the last time I was served by a trainee and shall improve.

I shall devert from any panarottis restaurant because it looks like we shall not get the service worth our money!
