Terrible service panarottis N1 city

We were seated with a very lovely gentleman but our waiter Chanelle was no where to be seen for 20 minutes we waiting and no one come to take our orders. We had to ask for a waiter and he told us he didn't know where Chanelle was. We didn't get an apology of any kind at all and to top it all off we found bones in the pulled pork and pineapple pizza we ordered. What terrible service
